Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original box or a similar sturdy container to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
